Lima airport was a zoo. Had to go through customs, then get our stuff from baggage claim (yay, it arrived), then back in line to get boarding passes and re-check our luggage for the flight to Cusco.
The lines at check-in were insane. Apparently the thing to do is to show up 15 minutes before your flight leaves, then try to skip the lines and security.
